MG Hector Tomahawk Interiors Revealed Ahead Of 26th August Launch

JSW MG Motor India is set to launch its first product based on the new ADAPT platform on August 26, 2026, introducing an electric SUV named the Hector Tomahawk. Before the official launch, the company has shared a teaser showcasing the SUV’s interior.

MG Hector Tomahawk Interior Preview:

The seven-seater electric SUV will boast a beige-themed cabin, offering a minimalist design and a comfortable atmosphere. The layout includes three seats in the middle row and two rear seats.

Key Features:

  • Central Touchscreen: A large display is visible in the teaser image.
  • Digital Instrument Cluster: An 8.8-inch unit is expected.
  • Sunroof: The SUV will feature a panoramic sunroof.

Exterior Design:

The video teaser hints at the SUV’s design, revealing body panels, LED DRLs, tail lamps, roof rails, and alloy wheels. It maintains a similar silhouette to its overseas counterpart but incorporates Chrome garnishes along the window line.

Technical Aspects:

Based on the Wuling Eksion sold in Indonesia, the Tomahawk will be powered by an electric motor and a 69.2 kWh battery pack (international market specification). The Indian variant might offer a larger battery, promising a range exceeding 500 km.

Competition:
The Hector Tomahawk will compete with the Mahindra XEV 9S, another three-row electric SUV with comparable specifications.

Upcoming Models:

The ADAPT platform’s versatility allows for various electrified powertrains, including strong hybrids and range-extender hybrids, making future models from MG highly anticipated.
